According to a recent report by the National Association of Realtors, U.S. home sales were down 16.7 percent in December – a decline larger than the 11 percent drop predicted by some economists.

The drop came as the original November deadline for first-time home buyers to take advantage of the federal $8,000 tax credit was set to expire.

With experts predicting housing prices to continue to fall, how should homeowners respond? Real estate expert Kendra Todd, host of Home and Garden Television’s “My House is Worth What?” appeared on CBN News’ Midday program to answer that question.
