Kendra Todd is a nationally recognized real estate expert, broker, TV personality, author and lecturer. She is the first woman and youngest competitor ever to win the popular NBC show The Apprentice, and is undoubtedly one of the youngest and most diversely successful female entrepreneurs today. While working for the Trump Organization, Kendra evaluated international real estate licensing opportunities, and served as liaison for the record-breaking sale of Donald Trump’s $81 million dollar Palm Beach estate.
Currently, Kendra hosts the HGTV series My House Is Worth What?, and is a regular real estate contributor for Fox News Channel. Stacey started her sales and marketing career with a Fortune 500 company. She was the 1998 District Sales Manager of the Year for the Western United States and received their highest honor in 1999 of “DSM All Star,” an award selected by the Executive Management Team and bestowed upon one individual per year for outstanding performance and contribution to company goals.
Stacey began her real estate career in 2004 and partnered with Kendra Todd in 2009 to help found The Kendra Todd Group. A top-producing agent, Stacey achieved a production level of over $110 million before merging with KTG. Stacey excels in executive sales, marketing, negotiation, systems integration and management. Her professionalism, strong background in negotiations, and adherence to ethical principles are the cornerstone of her business.Stacey grew up in the small town of Hoquiam, WA (population 7,000) and graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington, where she played collegiate sports.

Sam’s sole desire in life is to drive the inefficiencies out of the practice of real estate so both real estate professionals and consumers can earn and save more money. During the last four years, Sam consulted for a variety of top real estate, financial services, and network marketing companies. He is currently building the technology infrastructure that will help The Kendra Todd Group become a top 10 national real estate team within a matter of a few years.
Prior to joining KTG, Sam was a real estate agent focusing on luxury homes and investment properties. After graduation from Yale University in 1994, Sam also had a ten year career with a number of San Diego non-profit organizations, including serving as Executive Director of the Barrio Logan College Institute, Development Director of Harmonium, and the AmeriCorps National Service Program. Sam’s true passion is helping families with children with disabilities and promoting adoption. The loves of his life are Gabriel, his 12 year old son with Down Syndrome, adopted daughter Emma, his new baby boy Ethan, and his wife when she isn’t fussing at him to, “get off the computer.” Sam grew up in the Methow Valley region of Washington State.
