BACKGROUND
Ben is currently focused on expanding The Kendra Todd Group’s REO Division. He cultivates and maintains client relationships with local, regional and national banks in order to provide their asset management divisions with superior service of their residential and commercial REO portfolios.
Ben’s goal is to make KTG the most sought-after, efficient, service-oriented REO sales team in the city of Seattle.
Ben is highly regarded for his familiarity of day-to-day banking operations, negotiating skills and ability to navigate complex legal issues. This unique combination of legal, banking and real estate skill sets make him the ideal fit to serve as KTG’s Bank Relationships Manager.
Ben has a solid banking background. He acquired 3 years experience working for Washington Mutual’s Commercial Bank. After leaving WaMu for law school, he returned and worked an additional 2 years as a sourcing and vendor relations manager.
When not selling real estate, Ben can be found jogging the streets of Seattle or spending as much time as possible with his family and friends.
